On Apri.26,2008，Mr.Dongchunming attended the sign ceremony for a coming JV founded by USA CDI and Baotou Xinjin Mg Industry. The project will be commissioned 4 years late, with 20kt/a of capacity for Mg and Mg alloy. Mr.Zhuangxiaowen, chief representative from CDI’s Shanghai office, and Mr.Chenyuhu, board of directors of Baotou Xinjin Mg Industry,  on behalf of their companies, signed the agreement thereof.
